Additional Costs
Internet connection fees and communication charges incurred in connection with the use of the Service shall be borne by the customer. Payment processing fees shall be borne by us.
Payment Methods
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and others). Payments are processed through Stripe.
Payment Timing
- Initial payment: upon completion of subscription sign-up
- Subsequent payments: automatically charged on each renewal date
Service Delivery
The Service becomes available for use immediately upon completion of payment.
Auto-Renewal
The Paid Plan (PRO Plan) is a monthly auto-renewal subscription. Unless the customer cancels the subscription, the subscription shall automatically renew on a monthly basis and charges shall continue.
Cancellation Method
Customers may cancel the subscription through the settings page within the Service. Even after cancellation, the customer may continue to use the features of the Paid Plan until the end of the then-current billing period. From the following renewal date, the account shall revert to the Free Plan.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, returns and refunds are generally not accepted, except as required by applicable laws and regulations. However, in the event that the Service is unavailable due to reasons attributable to us, we shall refund the corresponding period to the credit card used for payment.
System Requirements
- Google Chrome (latest version) — officially supported
- Internet connection is required
Other browsers may function but are not officially supported.
